We organised an expert session on Mental Health, and witnessed active participation from students and faculty members.
The keynote speaker for the session was Dr. Ankit Aggarwal, Founder and Chief Ayurvedic Consultant at Tulsi Ayurveda and a third-generation Vaidya. He specialises in Panchakarma and holistic healing. During the session, Dr. Aggarwal addressed the importance of mental well-being in today’s fast-paced academic and professional environment. He spoke about stress management, emotional balance, and the role of traditional Ayurvedic practices in maintaining mental clarity.
The interactive session encouraged students to discuss mental health challenges and seek timely support openly. Practical insights were shared on maintaining balance through lifestyle changes, mindfulness, and natural healing approaches.
The initiative reflects the university’s continued focus on student well-being beyond academics. By organising such sessions, we aim to create a supportive campus environment where mental health is treated with awareness and responsibility.
